The breathtaking views of the volcano and attentive staff made our stay memorable. Enjoying the warm welcoming drink and spotting wildlife added to the charm.

Bugs occasionally appeared due to the surrounding forest, and the breakfast location required some walking, which could be a hassle.

We enjoyed our family getaway at this cozy lodge, exploring stunning trails near the volcano. The staff was super friendly, always ready to help. My granddaughter loved spotting wildlife right from our room and walking the nearby paths. Breakfast was a delightful treat.

My wife says that the drone situation around the lodge made us feel uneasy just a bit. A simple sign-up regarding drone use would be great for families.

the wifi wasn't working for me (strange, right? ). the view from our room was stunning every morning. the staff provided cold coconuts at check-in which was refreshing. we loved the hanging bridges nearby (so many birds to see!

We explored beautiful trails with stunning views of waterfalls. Paddling in the lake was a relaxing experience. We loved the slow-paced gondola rides that provided endless views of the surrounding nature. It was a refreshing change from urban life and a pleasant escape.

The breakfast location required a short walk, which was slightly inconvenient. The area had some bugs due to the nearby forest. There were limited common areas to relax outside our room.
